vRealize Automation 8 Forms and Dropdown External Source “oneof”

I have been looking for a way of using drop down and “oneof” lists i a vRA in a form with an external source.

But the documentation is not very clear about how to do this, so i did a some investigation and test som different this, until i found the solution. i have only tested this in version 8.6.

This is what the static list looks like in the vRealize Automation Service Broker form editor:

If using the external source instead, it would look like this:

And the action would look like this:

So the important thing is that it must return “properties”, if you return a array of this, this will contain the only have the a single value, that is the same as the key.
