Customization of the VMware vSphere Web Client not saved

Users can  customize the view, of where the items are showed, and with columns to show, and hide/show “Getting Started” pages.

Under the Help menu it’s possible to “Hide all Getting Started” but some time this function does not work. The solution is to delete your personal settings directory on the VMware vSphere Web Client server, this i located in:

C:ProgramDataVMwarevSphere Web ClientSerenityDBserenity

After deletion it will work, but you have to do your customization again.
